Pre-orders will be delivered on or before the stated publication date.

audiobooks and ebooks 

Files will be delivered by BookFunnel. It usually takes about five minutes. If you haven’t received your order within the next few minutes, please check their help page or contact them at help@bookfunnel.com. Their brilliant team will get you sorted in no time.

paperbacks (everything but Devon's Island)

Paperbacks will be printed and shipped by Bookvault. It usually takes about a week for them to send your order. If it’s been longer than that, let me know and I’ll chase them up for you.
